The piloting/testing of the curriculum was a part of the project. In total 100 adult teachers/educators from Estonia, Latvia and Slovakia participated in the pilot courses and developed their knowledge and skills towards the challenges related to the needs of adult learners, including low-educated/low-skilled adult learners and developed their approach towards learner-centered teaching. Through the participation the awareness of the project focus increased amongst adult teachers/educators/specialists.

The three pilot courses took place in the period of September to November 2021.

  • First group: 14.09 – 30.11.2021
  • Second group: 21.09 – 10.11.2021
  • Third group: 5.10 – 17.11.2021

In total 32 teachers/adult educators participated, from which 27 finished with a certificate.
